Welcome! I’m Christine Cundiff, an Executive Coach and Leadership Strategist with more than 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including 15 years as a senior executive. From my earliest days in the mortgage industry to serving as a board member at Hyperion Mortgage, my career has been shaped by resilience, growth, and leadership. Along the way, I’ve guided high-performing teams, navigated complex challenges, and mentored rising leaders across the industry.

In 2022, I was honored to be recognized as a Mortgage Star by Mortgage Women Magazine — a reflection of my lifelong commitment to leadership, excellence, and empowering others.

Why Coaching?

After decades of executive leadership, I discovered my true passion: helping others rise. I became a Certified Executive Coach through Emory University and launched my coaching practice to guide professionals and women leaders who are ready to grow, thrive, and lead at the highest level.
